Conduct of draws

Raffle drawn 12:00pm AEDT, Tuesday 31 March 2026 at Level 1, 222 Pitt Street, Sydney 2000 NSW.

The raffle draw will be conducted using a Marble Draw process as follows:

  • A container will hold 10 marbles, each uniquely numbered from 0 to 9.
  • Digits will be drawn sequentially to form a number. If at any point the number cannot result in a valid ticket number, the draw will restart.
  • A marble will be drawn for each digit of the total number of tickets sold.

Example: If 5,000 tickets are sold, four marbles will be drawn:

  1. One marble for the thousands place (numbers 0–4)
  2. One marble for the hundreds place (numbers 0–9)
  3. One marble for the tens place (numbers 0–9)
  4. One marble for the units place (numbers 0–9)

The sequence of marbles drawn will determine the winning ticket number:

  • If the sequence drawn is 0–0–0–0, the winning ticket will be the highest ticket number issued (e.g., 5,000 in this example).
  • Otherwise, the winning ticket number corresponds to the numerical value of the digits drawn (e.g., 0002 = ticket 2).

Prizes: Tickets will be drawn in order for each prize:

  • First prize: 1 ticket
  • Second prize: 1 ticket
  • Third prize: 1 ticket
  • Fourth prize: 3 tickets

Bonus Prize Draw

The bonus prize draw will be drawn following the major raffle draw.

  • Eligibility:
    • Entry into the Bonus Prize Draw is automatic for any participant who purchases two (2) or more tickets in the main raffle.
    • Residents of Western Australia (WA) are excluded from entry into the Bonus Prize Draw.
  • Draw Method:
    • The Bonus Prize Draw will be conducted using the same Marble Draw procedure as outlined under Conduct of Draws.
    • A container holding 10 marbles numbered 0–9 will be used to determine each digit of the winning ticket number, corresponding to the total number of eligible entries in the Bonus Prize Draw.
    • If the drawn sequence results in 0,0,0,0, the winning ticket will be deemed to be the highest ticket number issued in the Bonus Prize Draw.
    • Otherwise, the winning ticket number will correspond to the numerical value formed by the drawn digits.
  • Prizes:
    • Bonus prizes will be awarded to the winning tickets drawn. Single draw – each entry has the chance to win one prize. A total of 3 tickets will be drawn, one for each bonus prize.
    • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
